Nicole Miller grew up in the Central Texas area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Before law school, Nicole primarily worked for non-profits in the Communication and Human Resources departments. Her professional background includes graphic design, writing, and recruiting.
After earning her J.D., Nicole initially worked as an associate in the Trial Section of the Dallas office of Thompson & Knight, LLP, (now Holland & Knight, LLP). Her practice included product liability litigation, general business litigation, and healthcare litigation. In 2021, she left Thompson & Knight and founded her own firm serving families of special needs children.
Nicole volunteers her time serving children, in both her church’s kids’ ministry and the community as a foster parent.  
Nicole’s hobbies include volleyball, tennis, and spending time with her husband, Jay, and their children.
