Throughout his 15 years as an attorney, Healey has obtained many wins. These include successfully litigating cases concerning trade secret misappropriation, fraud, breach of contract, negligence, and intellectual property infringement, as well as getting certified by the National Venture Capital Association and Berkeley Law in venture finance and effectively representing clients before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He considers his biggest professional accomplishment to be obtaining an eight-figure jury verdict and judgment in a 2017 jury trial in which he served as lead counsel for two businesses. This constituted the 22nd largest verdict in the United States that year.
As far as future plans go, Healey intends to continue training younger lawyers, as he was well-trained by several professionals early in his career, which has been a key factor in his efficacy as a lawyer.
